Maintenance Requests
You can make a request by phone by calling 910-341-7707. This number is staffed during WHA business hours (8:00 am to 4:30 pm). Note that the WHA observes Federal holidays and is closed those days. The number is also monitored 24/7.

30-Day Notice
For many reasons, sometimes it’s just time to move on. Please provide the office at least 30 days’ notice of your intent to vacate your home. Click here to to download the 30-Day Notice Form. Thank you.
